Nanci’s Story

As President of Eastridge InfoTech, Nanci’s success illustrates the Eastridge ideal of enrichment through work. Her 31-year career with Eastridge has provided her opportunities for growth in numerous roles. Throughout her tenure with Eastridge, Nanci worked her way through recruitment, sales and area management and IT. She helped shape the company’s competitive edge through her work as Eastridge’s Director for Technological Innovation. Now, Nanci is President of Eastridge InfoTech, one of Eastridge’s most influential specialty staffing divisions.

Committed to always delivering her best, Nanci's career and leadership have been shaped by her Eastridge work. “Throughout my tenure, I have continued to coach and encourage candidates and team members to perform at their highest potential each and every day.”

Seth’s Story

When Seth began his career with Eastridge twelve years ago, he was new to the staffing industry. As an entry-level Business Development Representative, Seth demonstrated natural leadership and an aptitude for business. His talents were quickly noticed and it wasn’t long before Seth led additional Eastridge specialty divisions: Eastridge’s Light Industrial, Eastridge Administrative, Eastridge Direct-Hire, Wired Talent and Green Talent Staffing. In addition, Seth was recently named President of Abbott Staffing Group, a leading brand and thriving subsidiary of The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies based in Newport Beach, CA with several additional branches throughout Orange County.

Through opportunities and enrichment at Eastridge, Seth honed his talents and embraced new challenges, leading to a dynamic and exciting career. “Eastridge’s core purpose and values cultivate a great culture. That is why I am so proud to be part of the Eastridge family.”

Delivering Our Best

Marcellus’ Story

Eastridge has proudly served Marcellus and his company for over 12 years. As Senior Manufacturing Manager for Alere (formerly Biosite), Marcellus oversees training and placement for a large temporary workforce. “Without Eastridge, I would have to spend a decent percentage of my time on staffing. Their services save me time and allow me to focus instead on what I do best – guarantee the quality of our products,” Marcellus said. “Eastridge’s customer service and response time are second to none. I have a great relationship with Eastridge and their team, and I would not use anyone else.”

Owen’s Story

Owen needed a chance to kick-start a new career in the biotech manufacturing industry. “It’s very difficult to get a job without relevant work experience. Eastridge’s GATE Training Program provided a great way for me to learn the necessary skills and be successful at my job.” Eastridge’s GATE (Gateway to Attaining Technical Experience) Training Program provides pre-screening and advanced training to candidates before they enter the workforce. This results in a win-win situation for candidates and clients alike.

Today Owen is employed by Biosite/Alere, a global leader in medical diagnostic products. “This is my first full-time job and Eastridge helped me prepare for it. They really care about where their candidates work and how they’re doing in their new jobs.”

Providing Opportunities

Krista’s Story

After graduating from college in 2008, Krista joined the Eastridge marketing team as a Front Desk Administrator. Krista was proactive in her role, and quickly moved into other areas of marketing, including graphic design and project management. “Despite my limited work experience, Eastridge trusted me with new responsibilities and if it weren’t for their faith in me, I would not be where I am today.”

Today Krista is an Account Manager for Wired Talent, a division of Eastridge that serves the video game industry. In addition to pursuing a career in the staffing industry, Krista now uses the design skills she learned at Eastridge to create websites and logos in her free time. “It makes me feel good to know that I’m part of a company that cares enough to see beyond my résumé to my true potential.”

Linda’s Story

Linda began her career with Eastridge in 2005 as an Administrative Temp, working as a receptionist and in filing positions at several different client companies. Although one of her assignments offered her a permanent position, she opted to come back to Eastridge. “I missed the people and environment at Eastridge. When you work here, you feel like family.”

Soon after she returned to Eastridge, Linda was offered an entry-level position in accounting. With her attention to detail and proactive attitude, Linda’s manager gave her more responsibility. “I appreciate the fact that Eastridge saw my potential and gave me opportunities for growth. This opened doors for me. No one has ever done that for me before.” Currently, Linda is an Account Coordinator handling several million-dollar accounts.
