HOUSTON, April 28, 2011— The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies (Eastridge) has received the 2010 Team Productivity Award from the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC).
The professional trade association named Eastridge the top staffing company in its Administrative and Industrial Division. This annual award is given to the company with the highest productivity each year.
“We are honored to have received this recognition from the HAAPC,” said Stephen Horton, Area Manager of Eastridge’s Houston Light Industrial branch. “Every day we work hard to provide opportunity and enrichment to those in our community and it is great knowing our efforts are helping those around us.” Horton, along with team members Misti Vance, Martha Garza, Tabatha Robertson and Krista Hoffman, were on hand to accept the award on behalf of Eastridge at the association’s annual awards presentation at the Houston City Club.
The HAAPC promotes high business standards and advanced educational programs for the staffing industry. The association is comprised of a wide range of companies, including direct hire, temporary, contract, professional, specialty, retained search and contingency staffing operations of all sizes. More than 60 staffing firms count themselves as HAAPC members.
Eastridge’s Houston award comes as the company expands operations in Texas. The company is ranked among the top 100 U.S. staffing firms in both the public and private sectors.
