Robert Svet
Founder and CEO
Robert Svet is the Chairman and Founder of The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies. Mr. Svet was a finalist for the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2006. Mr. Svet, a proud graduate of San Diego State University, was invited to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University and is also a past President and current member of California Staffing Professionals’ San Diego chapter. In addition, Mr. Svet is a current member and past chair of the State Committee on Ethics of the California Association of Personnel Consultants (which is now California Staffing Professionals).
Adam Svet
Principal
Adam Svet is a Principal at The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies. Based in San Francisco, Adam is the company’s Director of Strategic Planning and Chief Administrative Officer. On a national level, Adam manages Eastridge’s litigation matters, targeted business development, and senior level internal recruitment. On a regional level, Adam oversees the firm’s Bay Area operations, leading two Eastridge brands, Secure Talent and Essential Discovery. Beyond Eastridge, Adam has extensive community involvement. He is a member of the CEO Roundtable of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and serves on the advisory board of the nationally-recognized Scripps Research Institute. A California native, Adam earned a B.A. from the University of San Diego and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
Nanci Porter
President, Eastridge InfoTech
Nanci Porter is the President of Eastridge InfoTech and has helped lead The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies through growth and change for more than three decades. Nanci’s leadership abilities and insight into the staffing industry has allowed her to fulfill numerous roles at Eastridge. Throughout her tenure with Eastridge, Nanci worked her way through recruitment, sales and area management and IT. She helped shape the company’s technological edge through her work as Eastridge’s Director for Technological Innovation. Now, Nanci is President of Eastridge InfoTech, one of Eastridge’s most influential specialty staffing divisions. From Technical Project Managers to Web Developers to User Interface Designers, Eastridge InfoTech provides an on demand spigot of talented IT professionals to meet the ever-changing demands of clients. Nanci holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from San Diego State University.
Seth Stein

Executive VP, Wired Talent and Green Talent Staffing
Seth Stein, a 12-year veteran of The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies, was named President of Abbott Staffing Group in August 2010. Eastridge acquired the 40-year old Abbott Staffing Group in October 2009. Under Seth’s leadership Abbott Staffing Group will continue to build on its legacy as a leading staffing provider serving Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Seth's experience and success executing long-term strategies in business development led to further responsibilities as an Executive VP of additional Eastridge divisions and brands, including Eastridge General Services, Wired Talent and Green Talent Staffing. A proven leader and expert in the staffing industry, Seth has extensive experience in both sales and operations, including the development and maintenance of on-site accounts. Seth holds a MBA in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from The George Washington University.
E. Mark Hanna
General Counsel
As General Counsel for The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies, Mark Hanna advises senior managers and staff on labor and employment law matters. Additional responsibilities include drafting client agreements and staff contracts, as well as conducting employment law seminars and supervisor training. Mark earned a Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, an MBA in Finance from Bentley College and a Bachelor's Degree from Daniel Webster College. He is also an active member of the American Corporate Counsel Association and the American Bar Association.
Deborah Mings
Chief Financial Officer
Deborah's role as Chief Financial Officer entails management of all Accounting and Finance, Benefits, Workers' Compensation and Safety for Eastridge. Her notable leadership experience includes management positions with Nelson Staffing, a Northern California-based independent staffing company. During her tenure with Ernest & Young, she earned her CPA Certification with the State of California. Deborah is a frequent guest speaker on panels that address captive insurance, risk management and workers' compensation. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Economics from San Jose State University.
Debbie Thompson
Controller
Debbie Thompson brings more than three decades of accounting experience to the Eastridge Accounting Team, including 17 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxes. As Eastridge’s Controller, Debbie oversees Compliance and Financial Reporting for seven entities doing business in more than 40 states. She has been with Eastridge for 11 years and is a member of the California Society of CPAs. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and a minor in Spanish from Humboldt State University.
Judith L. Enns, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President, HR Solutions
Judy specializes in human resources search and consulting at HR Solutions. As an invited speaker, Judy has addressed national, regional and local organizations, including human resources and professional groups throughout California. She has also spoken at numerous staffing industry association conventions in the United States, Canada and Mexico. As an expert on human resources, her articles have been featured in publications such as Workforce, Personnel Consultant, National Business Employment Weekly, The Fordyce Letter and TempNet News, among many others. Judy received her Ph.D. in Communications from Ohio State University and has taught at the college and university level.
Dion Trieb
Vice President, Contractors & Builders
Dion Trieb joined the Contractors & Builders team in 2004 as a Branch Manager. Between 2004 and 2007 when Dion was named Vice President of Contractors & Builders, Dion facilitated and managed the opening of several additional Contractors & Builders branches and services, as well as the acquisition of a new Eastridge brand. Under Dion’s stewardship, Contractors & Builders has succeeded in finding creative opportunities for business development and expansion into new markets. Dion’s valuable construction and staffing insight have cemented Contractors & Builders’ position in the United States and Canada. Dion holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Carol Albert
Director of Operations, San Diego General Services
Carol Albert, Director of Operations for General Services (includes Eastridge Administrative, Eastridge Direct-Hire and Eastridge Light Industrial), has more than 18 years of experience in staffing management. Carol’s expertise in administrative, manufacturing and technical skill sets has allowed her to develop staff training programs, including Eastrdge’s GATE (Gateway to Attaining Technical Experience) Program, to screen, train and test potential candidates. An expert on subjects related to the human resources side of staffing, Carol is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development. She also conducts professional development training programs throughout the community. Carol is a native of Maine and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Southern Maine.
